Terms & Conditions

1. This contest is open to all Malaysian residents aged eighteen (18) years and above.
2. Employees of Star Publications (Malaysia) Berhad and their immediate families are not allowed to participate. This rule also applies to employees of ING Malaysia, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors and their immediate family members.
3. To qualify for a prize, a contestant must be a registered MyStar user with valid personal information. (i.e. New IC number and name as in the IC).
4. Contestants may choose to send out as many different e-cards as possible, but only one prize is allowed per contestant.
5. Contest begins on April 20 and ends on May 18.
6. Hotel stay prizes are not exchangeable for cash and the organiser reserves the right to exchange the prizes with that of a similar value without prior notice.
7. For every e-card that is picked up, contestants will receive one point.
8. To discourage spam, recipients will have the option to mark an e-mail as spam. For every e-mail that is marked as spam, a point will be deducted from the contestant's total.
9. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence or queries will be entertained.
10. To enter, contestants must:
    1. Log in with their MyStar ID
    2. Choose an image and click on it.
    3. Fill in the required details (Recipients name, Recipients valid e-mail etc)
    4. Make changes to their MyStar information, if required
    5. Click Submit to send the ecard.
11. Winners will be notified by e-mail.
12. The list of names of the winners will be published on AllMalaysia.info.
13. Winners within the Klang Valley must collect their prizes from Menara Star. Prizes will only be sent out to winners outside Klang Valley, if requested. However, The Star Online will not be liable for damage and / or loss during the transit.
