Imagine a white sandy beach with crystal clear waters. Palm trees swaying to
the gentle urgings of the cool breeze. Pina coladas with little decorative
umbrellas.
Ah, that's the life.
Now, we're quite sure that, given the chance, you'd like to be at this idyllic
setting. Who wouldn't?
Well, we're giving you the chance to win a holiday stay, and all you need to do
is play the host of a virtual resort; to sit on the other side of the desk, as
the owner of such a place. Complete with white sandy beach, clear waters and
palm trees.
Play the host, invite your friends
Now, running a resort is not as easy as it may seem. Your primary concern would
be to ensure it attracts a constant stream of guests, ideally with all the
rooms/chalets occupied.
Which is exactly what you need to do to win this contest. In the My Holiday
Haven Contest, you find the guests, and get your resort fully booked. It's as
simple as that.
And how do you that? Why, by sending out invites via e-mail of course!
Didn't we say it's not as easy as it seems?
A note of caution: If one of your guests decides to start his own resort and
"completes" it before you, then he or she would be in the running to win one of
the Top 10 prizes instead of you - even if you complete it later.
All is not lost if that happens though, because every contestant who manages to
complete a resort will be in the running to win the Grand Prize. The winner will be the
person with the best name for his or her resort. So pick your resort name
carefully, and make it as catchy or witty or clever as you can.

Or more accurately, all of you stand a chance to win something, whether you're
a host, a host who failed to get into the top 10, or a guest.
As a host, you put yourself in the running to win one of the Top 10 prizes, if
you manage to "complete" your resort in the fastest time, without your guests
going off to start their own.
If you miss out on the Top 10, you could be in the running to win the Grand
Prize - again, if you complete your resort.
As a guest, you may win one of the bonus additional prizes "hidden" in every
resort. But to ensure you win these prize(s), your host must be a winning
resort i.e a Top 10 Resort.
