Kota Darul Ehsan Arch
Kota Darul Ehsan Arch
The division of two important cities lies on one arch - the Kota Darul Ehsan Arch. You are most likely to drive past the arch on your way from Kuala Lumpur to Petaling Jaya, or vice versa.
This is definitely the most distinctive landmark in Selangor. The imposing arch marks the Sultan of Selangor's move to yield Kuala Lumpur to the Federal Government.
Built along one of the busiest roads in the country, the Federal Highway, the arch's Moorish influence is flanked by cannons on both sides and subtle light effects which bathes the arch in a warm glow at night.
