Good day y'all! It has, thus far, been a very busy week for me. Let's just say that they have been an upsurge of interest in AMBP by potential sponsors/partners and that surely has got to be a good thing. Also, the revamp for AllMalaysia.info is moving at a frantic pace, so if IsoundlikeI'minafrenzy it's probably because I am.

Yep, it's the multi-platinum, Grammy-winning band Maroon 5, formerly known as Kara's Flower, doing what it does best, which is spawning hits so that it could further cement its place as a multi-platinum, Grammy-winning band.
This time around, the boys have roped in sultry singer Rihanna to add spice to their new hit single If I Never See Your Face Again. I'm 100% sure they wouldn't mind seeing Rihanna's face again (well, face, legs, hands etc.) but that's the title of the song for which the lot of them are making a video, as seen in the teaser above, so there.
On the collaboration, Maroon 5 lead vocalist/guitarist Adam Levine had this to say:
"Rihanna is the real deal. 'Umbrella' made me excited about pop music again and we wanted to add that unique tone to the song. The minute she started singing in the studio I knew it was going to work. Her physical presence is undeniable and the concept of the video is amazing and unlike anything either of us have ever done."
He sounds excited enough, 'cos yeah, Rihanna's physical presence is undeniable.
Rihanna reciprocated with her own nice words:
"I’ve always been a fan of Maroon 5. I love the energy of the song and the lyrics are badass, so I was psyched to do it. It was a fun (to shoot the video), but it was difficult to get serious for the seductive scenes because Adam and I are friends. We would burst out laughing on every other shot - that was the best part."
It's ok to use 'badass' here, I suppose, 'cos yeah, Rihanna's physical presence is undeniable.

I watched the YTL-sponsored screening of The 11th Hour last Sunday at KLPac, and found it to be very informative, if a little unimaginative in its approach.
It shares the same objective with Al Gore's An Inconvenient Truth, that is, to make you realise that we, ourselves have become the main threat to our continued survival as a species, and that we have to act - and act fast - if we want to ensure this planet remains habitable in the future.
The documentary, produced and narrated by Leonardo DiCaprio, essentially features talking heads giving you the lowdown on what's happening to Mother Nature (she's got a temperature and is a little out of sorts - haven't you noticed?), and what we can expect to happen, if we go on the way we do now.
The fascinating commentary, provided by respectable figures such as Stephen Hawking and Mikhail Gorbachev, are intercut with a variety of images, both tender and alarming.
What I really liked about The 11th Hour is that while it paints a grim picture, it is also optimistic; it provides the viewer with possible solutions, on ways to move forward.
